Carla approaches education materials from a psychological perspective.  She has a diverse background, having worked in the education industry, nonprofit and for-profit marketing, and sales sectors. Carla's combined experience in both education and sales lends an expert eye to a variety of projects.  An expert in test strategy, Carla has reviewed and edited over 10,000 test items from numerous content areas, she has helped prepare thousands of students for standardized tests ranging from the MCAT and SAT to the NCLEX AND USMLE, and she has written a test strategy preparation program for the nursing licensing exam (NCLEX).  She has also reviewed and written test and quiz items as a part of designing college-level exams for ACE accreditation. Carla oversees TFP's team of consultants and is the primary point of contact for client projects. She holds an M.S. in Higher Education and a B.S. in Psychology, both from Florida State University.
